In addition, any individuals who are prohibited from accessing gaming facilities in Ontario—including but not limited to those who are self-excluded, part of a voluntary exclusion program, or subject to any regulatory or legal restrictions—are not permitted to enter any part of the casino property under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in gaming activities, promotional events, contests, giveaways, and any on-site services offered by the property.
